The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFPBA) Central Arizona Chapter invites you to join them at their annual Marks of Excellence Awards Luncheon. Two African-American Public Administrators who have achieved extraordinary success in the field of public management will be awarded, and scholarship winners will be recognized.

Mona Dixon (Teen Empowerment Leader, International Keynote Speakers & Coach), named one of Essence Magazine's "Most Influential Black Women", will be the luncheon's keynote speaker.

Christopher "Truth B. Told" Owens will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the event.
